Return & Exchange Policy
At Louibon, we want you to love your t-shirt! We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged, and we've made the process as simple as possible.
Damages & Issues
If your t-shirt arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at store@louibon.com with photos of the damage
- Include your order number and a description of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- T-shirts that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags attached
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Custom-designed or personalized t-shirts
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is in original, unworn condition
- All tags are attached
- The item is in its original packaging
How to Return or Exchange
1. Initiate Return
- Email store@louibon.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
- If exchange, specify desired size/style
2. Packaging Instructions
- Fold the t-shirt neatly
- Place in original or similar packaging
- Include original tags
- Pack securely to prevent damage

- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Exception: We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items
- For exchanges due to our error (wrong size/style shipped), we cover shipping both ways
Size Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- One free size exchange per order
- Must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Subject to stock availability
- If desired size is unavailable, we'll process a refund
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the item within 24 hours
- Refund will be processed to original payment method
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Bank processing time: Additional 2-7 business days
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as "delivered" but not received:
- Contact us within 24 hours of marked delivery
- Email: store@louibon.com
- Include order number and tracking information
- We'll investigate with the shipping carrier
- Resolution typically within 3-5 business days
Sale Items
- Sale items are final sale unless defective
- Exchanges only available for different sizes (if in stock)
- No refunds on sale items unless defective
